NUKUU is built to be used without an account. This policy explains, in plain language, what information is handled when you use the tool and what is never collected.
You can create, preview, download and share quotations without signing up, providing an email address, or creating a password. Signing in is optional and only relevant for the system administrator.
Business details, customer details, items and prices you type into the quotation form are processed in your browser to generate the preview and PDF. We do not store the contents of your quotations on our servers.
To improve the tool we record anonymous events such as page visits, quotations created, PDF downloads and WhatsApp shares. These events are linked to a random, anonymous identifier stored in your browser — not to your name, phone number or email.
If you use the feedback form, the rating and message you submit are stored so we can improve the product. Feedback is anonymous unless you choose to include personal details in your message.
Sharing via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp's own app or website using a standard share link; anything you send there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Optional sign-in is handled by our authentication provider.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of the tool after a change means you accept the updated policy.
